Our business is focused on two areas:

Specification Builds - We purchase land and build on these, based on a plan of our choosing

Cost-Plus Builds - The customer has a plan and owns land, I charge a management fee to bring your vision to its physical state

Building Guidance

We provide answers to how to begin a build, starting from how to select a plan for a lot.

Planning

Each build is carefully planned for each step in the process.  Our background in operations and software engineering is employed in the construction of each of the builds.  Each step is monitored and quality checked, prior to being inspected by county inspectors.

Transparency

One aspect setting us apart is transparency.  We provide cost data plus actual mark-up of any work performed, and give you real time visibility of actual invoices all on-line in real time. 

Afterwards we do not go away

We stand behind all of our work and will address any post build concerns promptly.  While the official warranty is a year, we offer extended warranties like the 2 /10 and can go over these options as part of the planning process.
